Conditions of purchase
The prices and conditions of sale shown on the website are approximate and may change depending on the market. However, by placing an order through the purchase form, you accept the price shown and the general conditions in force at that time.
Once the order has been confirmed, the purchase is considered completed, with all legal guarantees for the buyer. From that moment on, the prices and conditions become binding and can only be modified with the agreement of both parties. The contract is formalised in Spanish and will be filed electronically, accessible from your customer area.
Shipping

Deliveries usually take between 1 and 5 working days. Most shipments arrive within 24-48 hours, but some may take a little longer for logistical reasons. It is possible that your order may arrive in several shipments, as we work with different warehouses.

The delivery time depends on the availability of each product. If you need to receive it quickly, please contact us before buying.

If a product is not available when you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you.

An order is considered delivered when the customer signs the receipt. You have 72 hours to check the products and let us know if there are any problems. After that time we do not accept complaints.

We work with reliable transport agencies. When your order is sent to you, you will receive an email so that you can track the shipment.

Free shipping on orders over 39,99 €. If the amount is less, the shipping cost is 3,49 €.

On cash on delivery orders, a 6% commission is added to the total value.

If the order exceeds 12 kg, please contact us beforehand, as the agencies may not be able to upload packages of this weight.
Returns
According to current legislation, you can return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt. You only have to comply with the conditions indicated here:
For private customers
We do not accept returns of:

Services already performed with your consent.

Products with prices subject to financial market fluctuations.

Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.

Sealed products which, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be returned after opening.

Goods inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Important:

Return the product in its original packaging, with all its accessories, without damage or labels stuck directly on the item. If this is not met, we may refuse the return.

Once you have informed us of your intention to return, we will send you instructions by email. You have a maximum of 14 days to return the product to us.

If the return is due to your mistake or you simply change your mind, the shipping costs are at your expense. You can use the agency of your choice.

Once we receive and check the product, we will refund your money (including the original shipping costs, except if you chose a more expensive option than usual). The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, although we may wait until we receive the product.
Returns of products with a gift or promotion: the whole pack must be returned, including the gift.
For distributors

SReturns are only accepted for unopened products in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.

These returns are handled as commercial returns (not regulated by law between companies) and are governed by the terms and conditions of our shop.

We do not accept returns of products in blister packs or heat-sealed products.

Warranty claims for defective products remain unaffected.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order already paid for by bank transfer, the refund can take up to 30 days, although we normally process it in less than 7 days.
